I’ve learned more by spending time in places than by trying to explain them.

From there, I write about culture, drinks and territory not as separate subjects, but as things that are constantly connected in everyday life.

These texts don’t come from trends or headlines. They come from being in places, paying attention, asking questions, and sitting with what I see and hear. From noticing how a drink, a dish or a space can tell you a lot about where you are and about the people who make it possible.

Most of this writing lives on Substack, where I publish regularly. What you’ll find there are reflections, stories and questions that come from spending time in places and listening closely.
